Choreography

Lisa is thrilled to choreograph and work with gymnasts! Dance IS her passion. She competed as an Elite gymnast at Kips, then led the University of Utah to win 4 NCAA National Team titles. She was a 6-Time All-American and won the NCAA National Floor title. Then she lived and danced in L.A. working with top dancers and choreographers.

Lisa trained for years in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and other styles. She danced for Adidas and Flexitard in the U.S. and abroad, and performed in commercials, music videos, film, and stage shows. In gymnastics and dance, Lisa had the best dance coaches and choreographers: International and U.S. coach & choreographer, Mary Wright, U.S. Olympian and Olympic coach and choreographer, Muriel Grossfeld, L.A. choreographers at 3rd Street Dance Studio,  and Donna Cozzo, professional dancer and U.S. National Team coach.

Lisa designs routines for ALL optional levels up to Elite. Gymnasts and Coaches are absolutely delighted with Lisa’s choreography. She gets to know each gymnast, listens carefully to the music and creates a vibrant piece. Each routine is dynamic, has true showmanship, emotion, contrasting shapes, and beautiful details. The dance is choreographed to highlight the gymnast’s personal strength, style, and body lines

“Lisa’s routines are so unique – they are different from any other – they tell a story with unusual and interesting dance moves…” Airborne Level 10 coach, Krystal van Buuren.

“Lisa’s routines are the Best!” Airborne Level 10/optional coach for 20 yrs, Tonya Piacente

“I love my routine!” Level 10 gymnast, Alex

“I love the story you created, this is really cool!” Level 9 gymnast, Maiya

You must PERFORM! Be sassy!

In L.A., Lisa danced for Adidas and learned the true art and style of excellent performance — giving attitude, grabbing the audience’s attention. Unique moves are great, but expressing emotion through the body and eyes…OUTSTANDING.
